		<description>These are some great suggestions. I am only in the learning stages myself and have found it very helpful to keep a notebook handy; and based on my experiences as I practice trading I write down suggestions, observations to go over later; then later I look over my notes and make decisions about trading based on those notes. I think it might benefit me to actually sit down and write out a trading plan like you suggest though because I find that when trading I don't really have a distinct aim.</description>
