Give us the tools and we will finish the job.” -Sir Winston Churchill, BBC radio broadcast, 1941 I understand that someone might be discouraged and I will not silence a person because they do complain but rather would encourage them to evaluate their situation take stock in what they have and make the best of it.  Things do not have to be easy for them to be successful.  You do not need to be an gifted, talented or a natural or even an expert to be a success.  You only have to be willing to pay the price.   Hang in there.  It wasn’t meant to be easy, but it will be worth it.
