JS is a strategy to teach people to enter the market using indicators. LP is a complete
trading system for beginners. Some traders say they do not need anything else; others
would like to have our advanced product Nth Degree.

I trade mostly with the 4-hr 1-hr and 30-min time frames. I start looking at the market
at 6:00 am Mountain, 8:00 am Eastern. I will also Iook at the market again around 5 pm
to 6 pm Mountain, 7 pm to 8 pm Eastern.

I look for the trend or a change in anyone of the indicators on the 4-hour charts on 6
to 10 currency pairs. I use our alert program and let it monitor the charts on all the
time frames. When the alerts give me a signal I check the trend or change of an indicator
on the 4-hour and 1-hour charts, then I go to a smaller time frame or the time frame that
I received the alert and look for a 4 or 5 alarm trade

If there is not much happening by 9 – 10 am then I will go do other things away from the
computer. Some days I do not trade other days there are plenty of moves so I trade for
a longer time. While I am waiting for an alert to go off I do emails, write posts and
do correspondents.

By using our alerts I have all the trades I can handle. This makes it possible for me
to spend less time in front of the computer. I can trade when I have time, I don’t
have to waiting for the market to have a big announcement to trade.

Sometimes I trade the smaller time frames if there is nothing happening on the larger
time frames. I use the15-minute time frame to get the short-term trend and enter in
the direction of the trend when I see a 5 alarm trade on the 5-minute charts for a
quick 5 to 20 pips.

The same technique a trader uses on the larger time frames is used on the smaller
time frames. The size of the trade has to be adjusted. For the Larger time frames
expect larger numbers of pips per trade. For the smaller time frames expect smaller
numbers of pips per trade. Just look for the trend on the largest time frame you are
trading with and then enter on a 5-alarm entry signal on the smaller time frame you
are using during each trading session.

Before we developed the alert I would look at the computer every 30 min to see what
was happening.

I spoke with one of our coaching students today.  He has been through the product courses (Launch Pad and Nth Degree) a total of
three times each.  He has been entering trades based on the signals and he told me he is finding great benefits from having the courses
as a guide for him in his trading. He has the confidence and is seeing success in his trades  However, he did mention to me that he has
been using a “take profit” but not using a “stop loss”.  He was not comfortable with that yet.  My question is this.  How could you
feel comfortable with out it?  I never trade with out a stop loss to protect my capital.  This might mean that I will have a streak
of small losers before I get a bearing on the market, it’s direction, and mood.  But once I do I have great success that far out reaches the small losses that I took early on in the trend.

Please, please, please, learn to find confidence in using a stop loss.  This is the first step to having a sound money management program in place.

Using Jump Start about how much time would I have to dedicate on a daily basis to achieve 25 to 30 pips per day (and thus make my daily goal of $100 to $150 per day).
 

Answer:
 
This depends on how the market is moving and how many currency pairs you are watching.  If you are only looking for 5 pips, like JS gives as an example then you will need to make 5 or 6 trades a day.  If you Know how to find trends, catch larger moves, and manage the trade, as shown in Launch Pad,  then you could reach your goal in one trade. 
 
There are days when the market is moving side ways and after a few hours I have only made 30 to 40 pips net and it may be less than $100 profit taking into account the losses I have to make up.  There are other days Where I have made $500 to several thousands in less than 30 minutes. 
 
I hate to be vague but everyone is different and has different win-loss ratios.  You will need to do some demo trading to find out how fast you catch on.  You need to find out your win-loss ratio (how many trades you win and how many you lose). Then do not start trading live money until you are making 80% winning trades.  Once you have done all this start out slow when you go to live trading.  It is not going to be in the next two months that you will consistently have winning months.  You will know when you are there.  Just develop the skills then you dreams of trading for a living will come true.

It’s very risky now.
It might have bottomed near term at 1.8834/36 and managing to rally beyond 1.90 again. And if someone expects this, he may not be wrong because stochastic made a positive cross, a doji plus a bullish candle but that’s not too enough.

Someone else might come.. and say no, It’s going down. and he also has good reasons. Why? GBPUSD almost touch the 1.8967-65 resistance, and it might be a place to find plenty of sellers. Also the bullish candle didn’t close above 1.8953 bearish candle open. rather closed at 1.8946

All in all..Bullish trend is not confirmed, it has to make a close above 1.8967, things are pretty much trapped within 1.8834/36 low / bottom and 1.8965/67 high / top. And only IF bears enter to take control now and push prices lower again, most likely we will break the 1.8834.

I am staying out until either side is broken.
Does anyone agree cable may go up to 1.9050 area? or will continue bearish when the market open on Monday?

Our thinking on this type of guessing is WHY guess? I have found it much easier to let the market tell you where it is going.  Your guess is as good as the next guy.  When you follow the indicators on Jump Start and Launch Pad you have signals to go with the market.  Just find the trend on a larger time frame then make your entry on a smaller time frame.  There does not have to be any guessing or predicting what the market is going to do just watch and follow the markets lead.
